It is necessary to clearly understand what the recognition of the Armenian Genocide gives us, Armenians.

I have lived in three European countries as a professional expat. And in every single place I could see how difficult it was to integrate with the Armenian community. The Armenian embassy in that country has no clue how many Armenians are in there, what is their occupation, how can they be useful for the community and for Armenia etc. Neither the church takes the mission to unify people. There are clear layers depending on the time and cause of immigration. So you are either a descendent of the Genocide survivor and/or Dashnak, either you came during 1990s or you came to study/ work. So these layers live in separate bubbles and don't interact with each other. During 2020 war the ice has been broken and there was a period when these layers became transparent and people were looking all to the same place for the same goal. We should work towards making us all unified be it in Paris, in Brussels or in Moscow. I think Armenian embassies and churches can be helpful to unify the communities in each country be it via brainstorming sessions, cultural events, volunteering jobs or anyhow. My suggestion may sound not concrete, but as someone living in diaspora and someone who is looking for ways to be helpful for her country, I find this one of the pain points of our diaspora. By solving this we will move 1 step closer towards the strong diaspora. Best regards from the Netherlands,

The Diaspora should work in the direction of strengthening Armenia, Armenia should be at the center. Armenia should become a strong and safe country. Like the Jews, we should be able to create a powerful country, even if it is surrounded by enemies.

A board of trustees of the state should be formed, in which there will be Armenians representing influential structures.

There is a shortage of Armenian teachers in Armenian schools abroad. I think low pay is also one of the reasons. Armenia is obliged to take care of that. It is possible to send teachers for a certain period of time and provide them with a place of residence and a salary.

Очень рад запуску инициативы The FUTURE ARMENIAN. Патронаж столь известных деятелей вселяет надежду на то, что в ее формате удастся объединить экспертов из различных сфер, связанных с государственным строительством и выработать некую концепцию или план действий, который можно будет донести до руководства страны.
Хорошо, что ставка сделана именно на системный подход, так как многие беды Армении связаны именно с его отсутствием. Тем не менее, на мой взгляд, перечисленные 15 целей нуждаются в некоторой доработке и переформулировании.
Например, ""Историческая ответственность"" трактуется слишком узко. Слава Богу, наша история состоит не только из Геноцида. Плюс, этот пункт фактически дублирует ""Сохранение наследия"".
Вообще, мне показалось, что цели сформулированы немного фрагментарно, т.е. они не образуют некую замкнутую логическую систему. Если планируются дискуссии по этим вопросам, то не лучше ли сначала попытаться сформулировать стратегическую цель, а потом подтянуть под нее действия, которые необходимо предпринять в различных сферах, связанных с государственным строительством?
Например, так:
Цель: Построить высокоразвитое и демократическое Армянское государство, способное обеспечить собственную безопасность.
Задачи. Определить принципы оптимального устройства:
1. Внутриполитической системы;
2. Внешнеполитической деятельности;
3. Отношений Армения-Диаспора;
4. Отношений Армения-Арцах;
5. Экономической системы;
6. Государственного управления и борьбы с коррупцией;
7. Судебной системы;
8. Вооруженных сил;
9. Системы образования, науки и технологий.
Это позволило бы лучше структурировать будущие обсуждения: говорить более предметно, избежать дублирования, уйти в ходе дискуссий от лишнего пафоса и пр.

Мне кажется, что в выборах в Армении на должность премьер-министра в дальнейшем должны участвовать все Армяне мира, и каждая страна выдвигать своего кандидата. Таким образом будут вовлечены все Армяне мира, потому что судьба армян мира решается с любым выбором.
Хочу чтобы создали срочно школу по обучению управления безпилотников и туда привлечь в первую очередь всех солдат, которые потеряли руки или ноги, здесь и работа у них возникнет и они знают как и куда надо бить.
