Սփյուռքի զավակի համար Հայաստանը նորոգվելու տեղ է։ Սփյուռքը սնվում է հայրենիքից, որքան էլ որ հիմա այն նվաստացած ու խեղճացած լինի։
Համաժողովի մասնակից
Ունեմ որոշ հարցեր և առաջարկություններ, որոնք կցանկանայի ներկայացնել համանախաձեռնողների ուշադրությանը: Մասնակցել եմ 20.07.2021թ. կայացած հանդիպմանը, սակայն ճիշտ գտա նկատառումներս գրավոր ներկայացնել:
1. Արդյո՞ք 15 նպատակների շրջանակը և կառուցվածքը փոփոխության ենթակա չէ: Մասնավորապես, եթե հնարավորություն կա իրականացնելու առանձին շտկումներ, ինձ թույլ կտամ ներկայացնելու հետևյալ նկատառումները.
Որպես մեկ ընդհանուր նպատակ՝ միավորել 5-րդ (Հայաստան-Սփյուռք միասնականություն) և 6-րդ (Ուժեղ Սփյուռք) նպատակները,
Որպես ընդհանուր նպատակ դիտարկել նաև կրթությանն ու գիտությանն առնչվող նպատակները, քանի որ այդ բնագավառները փոխկապակցված և պայմանավորված են մեկը մյուսով,
Կարծում եմ, որ կարելի է միավորել նաև 12-րդ (Ողջամիտ կառավարում) և 15-րդ (Փաստերի վրա հիմնված որոշումների կայացում) նպատակները մեկ ընդհանուր՝ «Կառավարման արդյունավետ համակարգեր» նպատակի տակ.
Վերջապես, շատ կարևոր և լուծման կարոտ հիմնախնդիր է հանրապետության զարգացման բազմակենտրոն համակարգի ձևավորումը և տարածքային համաչափ զարգացումը, քանի որ դրանով է պայմանավորված երկրի բոլոր տարածաշրջաններում կյանքի որակի և ծառայությունների հասանելիության համադրելի մակարդակների ապահովումը: Ճիշտ է, այդ նպատակին կարելի է հասնել տարիների և նույնիսկ տասնամյակների նպատակաուղղված գործողություններով, որոնց արդյունքները կարող են անմիջականորեն տեսանելի չլինել, սակայն կստեղծվեն նախադրյալներ, որպեսզի ճիշտ թիրախավորվեն և երկարաժամկետ արդյունքներ ունենան տարբեր ներդրումային ծրագրերը:
Ելնելով վերը շարադրվածից, առաջարկում եմ նպատակների մեջ ներառել նաև հանրապետության տարածքային կազմակերպման բազմակենտրոն համակարգի ձևավորումը և տարածքայի համաչափ զարգացումը:
Այլապես, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը՝ իր հատակագծային ներկայիս կառուցվածքով, ի զորու չէ կայուն զարգացման նախադրյալներ ստեղծել:
2. Հաջորդ խնդիրը, որին կցանկանայի անդրադառնալ, առնչվում է հանդիպումների և քննարկումների ձևաչափին: Առաջարկում եմ դրանք կազմակերպել հետևյալ սկզբունքներով.
· Կազմել քննարկումների կամ կլոր սեղանների կազմակերպման նախնական ժամանակացույց՝ առանձին նպատակների վերաբերյալ օրակարգային հարցերով և այն հրապարակել նախաձեռնության կայքում,
· Տարբեր նպատակներին առնչվող մասնագիտական շրջանակներից հավաքագրել նրանց առաջարկությունները և նկատառումները օրակարգերում ընդգրկված հարցերի վերաբերյալ,
· Ստացված առաջարկությունների հիման վրա ձևավորել հանդիպման ձևաչափը և որոշել քննարկման մասնակցների շրջանակը, ապա էլեկտրոնային փոստով նրանց տեղեկացնել հանդիպման օրվա, ժամի, տեղի, մասնակիցների և աշխատակարգի մասին:
Կարծում եմ, որ նման ձևաչափն ավելի լավ պայմաններ կստեղծի միասին խորհելու համար:

We must continue to educate. Education will provide us with distinct abilities so that we can respond correctly and quickly to the changing situation and advance our interests.

Both the Diaspora and Armenia should work toward the establishment of democracy in Turkey, because that is one of the main paths toward recognition of the Genocide.

I have lived in three European countries as a professional expat. And in every single place I could see how difficult it was to integrate with the Armenian community. The Armenian embassy in that country has no clue how many Armenians are in there, what is their occupation, how can they be useful for the community and for Armenia etc. Neither the church takes the mission to unify people. There are clear layers depending on the time and cause of immigration. So you are either a descendent of the Genocide survivor and/or Dashnak, either you came during 1990s or you came to study/ work. So these layers live in separate bubbles and don't interact with each other. During 2020 war the ice has been broken and there was a period when these layers became transparent and people were looking all to the same place for the same goal. We should work towards making us all unified be it in Paris, in Brussels or in Moscow. I think Armenian embassies and churches can be helpful to unify the communities in each country be it via brainstorming sessions, cultural events, volunteering jobs or anyhow. My suggestion may sound not concrete, but as someone living in diaspora and someone who is looking for ways to be helpful for her country, I find this one of the pain points of our diaspora. 1. Education must be at the top of the political agenda, number one priority for the government
Organize high-level discussions with all the stakeholders (students, teachers, experts from all the sectors of economy )
2. We don't have an appropriate education system, creativity environment in schools, which creates uncertainty in education
3. Feedback loop is not working in education sector, problems are usually not reveled as a result of implemented research
4. We should start reforms in education sectors from two aspects: reforms in adults' education and in preprimary education
When children see adults that aren't learning, they don't want to learn as well
5. Governance in education should become a little bit psychological, like in business. Value the role of psychology in education
6. Educational reform can't be imported, it can be created and developed
7. Teacher attestation has one positive side – as a result, those who pass it will get higher salaries. This will also motivate those who start off their careers as teachers to aim for higher-paid jobs. On the other hand, the attestation system creates other, bigger scale problems: not necessarily all those who pass the attestation perform well as teachers in the classroom. So, what’s the index of a good teacher – we need to start from there. Additionaly, good test takers and subject experts are very different concepts

Հրաշալի գաղափար` համախմբվել Հայաստանը հզորացնելու շուրջ և շոշափելի արդյունք ստանալու համար` հատկապես կրթության բարելավմանը պիտի ուշադրություն դարձնենք։ Հզոր է այն պետությունը, որի քաղաքացին գիտակ է իր ոլորտում, իր մասնագիտության մեջ։ Ինքս կրթական ոլորտում արդեն 12 տարի է մասնագիտական արագացված դասընթացների միջոցով` ՀՀ աշխատաշուկան համալրում եմ որակյալ, մրցունակ կադրերով։ 44օրյա պատերազմից հետո բազմաթիվ հայորդիներ, հաշմանդամության տարբեր աստիճան ստացած իրենց կյանքի ուղին և ապագան չեն կարողանում պլանավորեն։ Արտ Հաուս ուսումնական կենտրոնում նրանցից շատերին պատիվ ունեցանք դասավանդելու և փորձում ենք աշխատատեղի հարցում օգնել, բայց խնդիրն ավելի գլոբալ է, և ձեր, մեր բոլորի ուժերի մոբիլիզացիայի կարիքը կա։ Այդ սերունդն է, որ պիտի ապրեցնի ԱՊԱԳԱ ՀԱՅԿԱԿԱՆԸ և հակառակը։

In my opinion the best way to unite the diaspora and particularly the younger diaspora is to connect them physically through amazing events and experiences and with purpose. This logically makes sense before trying to unite through purpose alone. Through travel events throughout the world disparate members of our culture come together for fun, unity, and entertainment, and at a cost lower than a regular vacation while supporting Armenian business and causes. It is gaining momentum with millennials and gen z and I would like to share progress and combine efforts if it supports your goal #5, to: Transform the relationship between Armenia and the Diaspora into one based on mutualism and trust.

I am sure biotechnology has been considered as one of the prospective directions for building the future in Armenia. I hope it would be possible to create a group that could connect scientists working in different universities and companies with scientists in Armenia to discuss what kind of help is needed and what can be built together.
Here is what I could bring to table:
Part of my job is to develop monoclonal antibodies for research and diagnostic purposes in medicine. I could help establish a similar laboratory that could serve the local needs, to start with.
Maybe some of the companies, producing commercial antibodies would choose to open an R&D and manufacturing laboratory in Armenia, if we have well trained personnel.
This might seem to be a very small-scale endeavor, but it will boost the research and clinical science.
Another suggestion is to create a group that would help connect local science to business. The potential of students in Armenia and abroad could be utilized. I have an idea of a project:
The copper mining is one of the major components of our industry. New, more eco-friendly methods of precipitating copper from ore are being utilized worldwide. Bioleaching is one of them; it is essentially using bacteria to precipitate copper (or other metals) from low metal containing ore. Usually, the companies patent the consortium of bacteria.
Scientists from ArmBiotechnology in Yerevan (please see the reference below) have isolated a consortium of bacteria from ore in Kapan that can efficiently be used for this purpose. We could use student engineers to create bioreactors for mining copper from leftover ore by bioleaching, thus employing local people and cleaning the environment.

Reading. Goal is that people respect people, people learn setting goals and working towards them. Armenians do not make debts to buy something luxury. People understand life-long learning is feasible and valuable. Networking is not related to bribery and corruption. Armenians make rational decisions.
1. Create lists of 10 books every modern Armenian should read. It should contain books teaching skills/thinking needed in 21st century and books reminding and inspiring Armenians to be Armenians. “Atomic Habits”, “The Art of Thinking Clearly”, “The Art of Good Life”, “Emotional Intelligence”, “Freakonomics”, “The Richest Man in Babylon”,
2. Make reading books available for everyone. In rural communities, school libraries can work for the first time. We need public libraries like in AUA where anyone can read a book, maybe do some homework without being disturbed. We need to make internet accessible for everyone.

Առաջարկում եմ ցեղասպանության թանգարանում բացել ցուցասրահ,որտեղ կներկայացվեն ազգությամբ հայ գյուտարարները, որոնց գյուտերն ունեցել են համաշխարհային նշանակություն (МРТ, բանկոմատ, Նոր տարր..․ դրանք շատ են)։ Ինֆորմացիան լինի վիքիփեդիայի հղմամբ։ Պետական,պաշտոնական այցերի ժամանակ արարողակարգով նախատեսել այցելություններ նաև նշված ցուցասրահ, ինչը կօգնի ցույց տալ աշխարհին, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը համամարդկային ողբերգություն ու կորուստ է նաև այն առումով, որ մազապուրծ հայերն ինչեր են ստեղծել աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերում և ինչեր կարող էին ստեղծել։ Սա նաև հնարավորություն կտա բարձրացնել մեր ազգի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը, ինչի կարիքն այսօր ունենք բոլորս։
