Я считаю, что уже сейчас можно было бы провести работу, направленную на запуск программы по предоставлению гражданам бесплатных земельных участков в Армении, которые не используются. Также я считаю, что решить ряд проблем в экономике и социальной жизни (в том числе в демографии) помогла бы доступная ипотека в Армении.
Еще одну программу, которая есть в России и, которую можно было бы развивать в Армении — процедура государственных закупок, аналогичная проводимой по российскому закону 44 — ФЗ.
Имея опыт создания, развития ипотечных программ как в российских банках (Банк Открытие, Совкомбанк), так и в иностранных (China Construction Bank, и ICICI Bank Eurasia), я бы мог предложить свое участие (на безвозмездной основе) в программах запуска доступной ипотеки в Армении.
Также считаю, что наилучшим решением могло бы стать учреждение нового банка развития в Армении, через который можно было бы осуществлять финансирование различных проектов. При грамотном подходе, такой банк мог бы даже стать прибыльным.

После просмотра первого эпизода исследования образования в Армении мною было сделано несколько выводов об основных проблемах данного сектора в нашем государстве. Если смотреть со стороны обучающихся, то основной проблемой можно выявить некую потерянность, отсутствие мотивации у обучающихся. Как мне кажется, данные аспекты неразрывно связаны без определенной видимости своего будущего, ученикам как школ, так и высших учебных заведений непонятна цель их действий, при том, что основным мотиватором для них в наше время является материальная составляющая.
Но что, если они будут вступать в каждый этап обучения с понимаем того, что именно даст им этот этап, включающий в себя те или иные предметы. Ведь по сути математика это не только иксы и игреки, это освоение некоторых навыков, например логики и аналитики, которые используются как при изучении иных дисциплин, так и во многих (если не во всех) профессиях. То есть, если у обучающегося будет некий ориентир на предметы, направления и др., возможно его взгляд на обучение изменится с пониманием необходимости той или иной дисциплины, этапа обучения.
Также было бы полезно проводить экскурс профессии не только в устных рассказах, но и подробном представлении ситуации на рынке труда, зарплат, необходимости профессий и требуемых навыков для успешного выполнения деятельности специалиста того или иного направления.

There are countless women that are contributing to Armenia. Often, they work quietly and in the background. That does not mean that they do not have a vision or a strategy, it just means we as a community are not highlighting their voices.

It is necessary to invent Armenian-language games so that children living in the Diaspora do not forget our language and learn Armenian so that they can play.

I am sure biotechnology has been considered as one of the prospective directions for building the future in Armenia. I hope it would be possible to create a group that could connect scientists working in different universities and companies with scientists in Armenia to discuss what kind of help is needed and what can be built together.
Here is what I could bring to table:
Part of my job is to develop monoclonal antibodies for research and diagnostic purposes in medicine. I could help establish a similar laboratory that could serve the local needs, to start with.
Maybe some of the companies, producing commercial antibodies would choose to open an R&D and manufacturing laboratory in Armenia, if we have well trained personnel.
This might seem to be a very small-scale endeavor, but it will boost the research and clinical science.
Another suggestion is to create a group that would help connect local science to business. The potential of students in Armenia and abroad could be utilized. I have an idea of a project:
The copper mining is one of the major components of our industry. New, more eco-friendly methods of precipitating copper from ore are being utilized worldwide. Bioleaching is one of them; it is essentially using bacteria to precipitate copper (or other metals) from low metal containing ore. Usually, the companies patent the consortium of bacteria.
Scientists from ArmBiotechnology in Yerevan (please see the reference below) have isolated a consortium of bacteria from ore in Kapan that can efficiently be used for this purpose. We could use student engineers to create bioreactors for mining copper from leftover ore by bioleaching, thus employing local people and cleaning the environment.

I have lived in three European countries as a professional expat. And in every single place I could see how difficult it was to integrate with the Armenian community. The Armenian embassy in that country has no clue how many Armenians are in there, what is their occupation, how can they be useful for the community and for Armenia etc. Neither the church takes the mission to unify people. There are clear layers depending on the time and cause of immigration. So you are either a descendent of the Genocide survivor and/or Dashnak, either you came during 1990s or you came to study/ work. So these layers live in separate bubbles and don't interact with each other. During 2020 war the ice has been broken and there was a period when these layers became transparent and people were looking all to the same place for the same goal. We should work towards making us all unified be it in Paris, in Brussels or in Moscow. I think Armenian embassies and churches can be helpful to unify the communities in each country be it via brainstorming sessions, cultural events, volunteering jobs or anyhow. My suggestion may sound not concrete, but as someone living in diaspora and someone who is looking for ways to be helpful for her country, I find this one of the pain points of our diaspora. Reading. Goal is that people respect people, people learn setting goals and working towards them. Armenians do not make debts to buy something luxury. People understand life-long learning is feasible and valuable. Networking is not related to bribery and corruption. Armenians make rational decisions.
1. Create lists of 10 books every modern Armenian should read. It should contain books teaching skills/thinking needed in 21st century and books reminding and inspiring Armenians to be Armenians. “Atomic Habits”, “The Art of Thinking Clearly”, “The Art of Good Life”, “Emotional Intelligence”, “Freakonomics”, “The Richest Man in Babylon”,
2. Make reading books available for everyone. In rural communities, school libraries can work for the first time. We need public libraries like in AUA where anyone can read a book, maybe do some homework without being disturbed. We need to make internet accessible for everyone.
