The 15 goals you have established should have instead been only 3:
1. Take care of what you have left.
2. Always set realistic, achievable goals.
3. Stop pursuing fairy tales.
If we ever, by some miracle, come to the point as a nation where we finally are driven by the motivation to develop and take care of what we have rather than cry and dream about a vast Wilsonian Armenia from sea to sea, that is when we will be deserving of having our own independent state.
The most patriotic thing to do and to comprehend for us, Armenians, is that we should solely focus on building upon the internationally recognized tiny piece of land we have left and stop talking/daydreaming all the time about Shushi, Kars, Van, Mush, etc., and focus on Ijevan, Goris, Meghri, Gyumri, etc.
The only thing that could make you, as a political movement, different from the rest of the so-called political parties in Armenia, is if you would emphasize the need to be realists and to finally learn from our own damn history.

Հուսով եմ այս մի քանի առաջարկը կապված 50000 ընտանիքների վերադարձի վերաբերյալ օգտակար կլինի այդ գործընթացը սկսելու ճանապարհին։
1.Կազմակերպել հարցում (առցանց) հայկական սփյուռքի շրջանում (իմանալու համար թե որքան ընտաիք է պատրաստ ներգաղթել ՀՀ)։
2.Ուսումնասիրել շուկան, որոշելու համար ինչ մասնագիտությունների պահանջարկ կա և տեղափոխվել ցանկացողներից ,որ մասնագիտության տեր մարդկանց առաջնահերթություն տալ։
3. Հարցում կատարել ըստ ոլորտների (IT, արտ.ձեռնարկություններ, պետական սեկտոր) իմանալու համար ինչ թափուր հաստիքներ են առկա և արդյոք պատրաստ են այդ հաստիքներում սփյուռքից ժամանած մասնագետների ընդունել։
4. Համագործակցել պետ. կառույցների հետ վիզաների և ՀՀ անձնագրեր ստանալու գործընթացը արագացնելու նպատակով։
5. Կազմակերպել դասընթացներ լեզվական դժվարություններ ունեցող մեր հայրենակիցների համար։
6. Լուծել 1-2 ամսվա այն հայրենադարձների բնակարանի հարցը, ովքեր դրա կարիքն ունեն(նախօրոք կազմել ցուցակ , թե ովքեր են ՀՀ-ում պատրաստ հյուրընկալել հայրենադարձներին իրենց բնակարաններում 1-2 ամսով)։
7. Վերջնական որոշում կայացրած մեր հայրենակիցներին մանրամասն ներկայացնել իրավիճակը ՀՀ-ում (սոցիալ-տնտեսական,ռազմական)։
8. Տեղափոխված ընտանիքների համար ստեղծել կենտրոն, որը կզբաղվի նրանց ադապտացիոն շրջանի խնդիրների բացահայտմամբ և լուծմամբ։
9. Ծրագիրի կատարման համար սահմանել 2-ից 2.5 տարի ժամկետ։

I have an idea that I would like to share with you, in the hope that this can be realized in the near future.
I believe that any Armenian of good faith would agree to such a proposal because it could bring Armenia out of the current situation and grow the country as a modern and advanced state. We Armenians have a human richness that few other peoples in the world, except perhaps the Jews who have had situations similar to the Armenian people throughout history. This rare richness is the rich Armenian Diaspora with talented characters in different sectors and with experiences acquired by the States of residence. A concrete way to exploit this wealth could be to include in the Constitution of the Country:
1. A Superior Senate to oversee the Armenian Parliament, with tasks and powers of verification, requests for amendments or approvals, and issuance of approvals for the repeal of any Law
2. The members of the Senate should be elected by all the Armenian people including Armenians of the Diaspora, even if they do not hold Armenian citizenship.
3. The candidates of these elections, not necessarily citizens, must be people with high professional qualifications and willing to devote at least 30% of their time to issues concerning Armenia and follow a specific course of legislation to act in this Senate.
4. In this way none of them could be maneuvered or threatened or routed by the authorities of the Armenian government, and make truly free decisions for the sole good of Armenia.
5. The Senate itself should be able to review the various institutions of the State by making adjustments and raising the qualification of local institutions, on a par or better than other States in the world.
6. The participation of the Armenians of diaspora, in addition to participating in the elections of the "Upper Senate", must also include participation in assessing mandatory taxation, expenses (for example military expenses), management, and verification by the S.S.
To achieve such a system of government, the impetus should come from the Armenian citizens, who must first be informed of the possibility of carrying out such a plan. To this end an organization of people endowed with intelligence, financial dispositions and patriotism could promote the initiative of informing through the media and internet all Armenians of the Diaspora and RoA for the realization of the plan giving their support to the organization to achieve the proposed goal.
I am not a Legislator to draw up a specific Road Map, but the relevant experts and appropriate people can be appointed for this purpose, I believe that every Armenian of the Armenian Republic or the Diaspora will agree to the realization of such a plan.
Who knows if such an action will be carried out or is it just my utopia?

Добрый день! Не так давно я пришёл к выводу, что более 70% учеников в 9-11 классе даже не знают кем хотят быть. Это влечет за собой большие проблемы, связанные с недостатком мотивации для подготовки к экзаменам. На мой взгляд, позитивную роль в решении данной проблемы могла бы сыграть следующая модернизация образования. Утвердить достаточно обширный список профессий, первое ознакомление с которыми можно провести для школьников, пригласить туда представителей данных профессий для первоначального ознакомления с ними и давать школьникам решать реальные кейсы из разных сфер с последующим получением качественного фидбека. На мой взгляд, множеству школьников это поможет понять кем они хотят стать, повысит их уровень мотивации и, как следствие, уровень успеваемости. Благодарю за уделенное время!

I hope the future of Armenia includes women; its success depends on inclusiveness.
There are countless women that are contributing to Armenia. Often, they work quietly and in the background. That does not mean that they do not have a vision or a strategy, it just means we as a community are not highlighting their voices.

People spend a lot of time on YouTube and social networks, they should have options for something useful and interesting in Armenian:
1. There is no quality internet content in Armenian. We need good Armenian YouTube channels, especially something that will be interesting for children too. In its absence, children watch stupid Russian videos or any scam like that.
2. First step could be translating the best YouTube channels/TED talks into Armenian.

Я считаю, что уже сейчас можно было бы провести работу, направленную на запуск программы по предоставлению гражданам бесплатных земельных участков в Армении, которые не используются. Также я считаю, что решить ряд проблем в экономике и социальной жизни (в том числе в демографии) помогла бы доступная ипотека в Армении.
Еще одну программу, которая есть в России и, которую можно было бы развивать в Армении — процедура государственных закупок, аналогичная проводимой по российскому закону 44 — ФЗ.
Имея опыт создания, развития ипотечных программ как в российских банках (Банк Открытие, Совкомбанк), так и в иностранных (China Construction Bank, и ICICI Bank Eurasia), я бы мог предложить свое участие (на безвозмездной основе) в программах запуска доступной ипотеки в Армении.
Также считаю, что наилучшим решением могло бы стать учреждение нового банка развития в Армении, через который можно было бы осуществлять финансирование различных проектов. При грамотном подходе, такой банк мог бы даже стать прибыльным.

Կարելի է հեռավար կերպով հայոց լեզվի դասընթացներ կազմակերպել։ Կենտրոնը լինի Երևանը, որտեղից դասեր կանցկացվեն տարբեր երկրներ համար։ Տարիներ անց արդյունքները տեսանելի կլինեն, լեզվին զուգահեռ մշակույթը ևս կփոխանցվի։

Այսօր սփյուռքում հայ ուսուցիչների մեծ բաց կա։ Ֆրանսիան ֆրանկոֆոնիայի համակարգն ունի, մենք էլ կարող ենք ստեղծել մի այնպիսի կազմակերպություն, որը, տարբեր երկրներում տեղական պայմաններից օգտվելով, ոչ միայն մտածի ստրատեգիայի մասին, այլև միջոց լինի ուսուցիչներ առաջարկելու համար։

Ես ունեմ գաղափար, որը չնայած երիտասարդ տարիքիս, մշակել եմ երկար տարիներ համայնքային զարգացման ոլորտում աշխատելուց հետո։
Գաղափարս կամ եթե կուզեք գաղափարախոսությունս անվանել եմ Սոց. Կապիտալիզմ, քանի որ համարում եմ այն սոցիալիզմի և կապիտալիզմի լավագույն կողմերի միքս։
Եթե կարճ ներկայացնեմ բուն էությունը այն մոտավորապես հետևյալն է.
մենթորների աշխատանքի արդյունքում, ձևավորված համայնքային ակտիվ խմբերի միջոցով, գեներացնել իրենց համայնքի համար լավագույն սոցիալական ձեռնարկության տարբերակը որը ստեղծում է արտադրանք։
Հիմնել այդ ձեռնարկությունները ներդրմամբ կամ բարեգործական հիմունքներով: Սոցիալական ձեռնարկությունը կղեկավարի Համայնքային ակտիվ խմբի կողմից նշանակված մարդը, ձեռնարկությունում պարտադիր կերպով կհրավիրվեն աշխատանքի սոցիալապես անապահով աշխատունակ անձինք, ովքեր ստանում են նպաստ: Գործարանի արտադրանքը պետք է ուղղված լինի Հայաստանի ինքնաբավությանը, իսկ եթե արտադրվում է ավելի շատ քան Հայաստանում սպառվում է, պետք է արտահանվի և վաճառվի սփյուռքի հայաշատ քաղաքներում։ (Ծիրանի օրինակը*)
Վաճառքից գոյացած գումարի մեծ մասը պետք է աշխատողները ստանան որպես աշխատավարձ, ինչը ևս մեկ ներարկում կլնի դեպի տնտեսություն (քանի որ քիչ ծախսող մարդիկ ավելի շատ կծախսեն, պետությունը ոչ միայն շահութահարկ կստանա արտադրանքի վաճառքից ու եկամտահարկ աշխատավարձերից, այլև կմեծանա այլ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների շահույթն ու հետևաբար հարկերը)։:
Սոցիալական ձեռնարկության շահույթի մյուս մասը ՀԱԽ-ի տնօրինմամբ ուղղվելու է տվյալ համայնքի զարգացմանը, որում աշխատում է այդ ձեռնարկությունը։
* Ծիրանի օրինակը նախորդ տարի հայկական ծիրանի առաջ փակվեցին Ռուսաստանում գտնվող շուկաները, սակայն Մոսկվայի հայերի միահամուռ ուժերով այդ մեծ քանակությամբ ծիրանը շատ արագ իրացվեց, սա ցույց է տալիս հայկական սփյուռքի հսկայական ներուժը, որը պետք է օգտագործել ոչ միայն բարեգործական գումարներ ներգրավելով, այլ նաև հայկական արտադրության ապրանքներ գնելով, որը կկազմի սփյուռքահայի ընդհանուր ծախսերի 40-60 տոկոսը։
Այս գործողությունները ընդամենը մի քանի տարում տնտեսական լուրջ վերելքի կբերեն Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, սփյուռքի գումարները կծախսվեն նպատակային, ունենալով տնտեսական ինքնաբավություն Հայաստանը կվարի առավել ինքնուրույն արտաքին քաղաքականություն, կմեծանան հարկային եկամուտները, կհաղթայարվի աղքատությունը։ Համայնքային ակտիվ խմբի անդամները կկրթվեն։
