Les efforts du Comité d’experts « Croissance de la population » se concentraient sur la résolution des questions démographiques essentielles de la République d’Arménie. Le Comité d’experts a mené des discussions visant à explorer de nouvelles approches envers la croissance de la population, à analyser le paysage migratoire ainsi que ses politiques, et à élaborer différents scénarios possibles. Les comités étaient constitués de représentants de divers organisations internationales et locales, de démographes et d’autres spécialistes de ce domaine scientifique.

Armine Hovannisian
Armine Hovannisian a commencé sa carrière à Los Angeles, aux États-Unis, en tant qu’avocate. Après son retour en Arménie en 1993, elle a travaillé comme directrice exécutive de l’organisation «Junior Achievement of Armenia».
Elle est l’auteure de plusieurs manuels, guides pour les enseignants et ressources pédagogiques dans le domaine de l’éducation civique et de l’économie appliquée.
En 2000, Armine Hovannisian et son mari Raffi Hovannisian ont fondé l’organisation caritative non-gouvernementale «Orran» à Erevan et Vanadzor, dont la mission est d’aider les enfants issus de familles défavorisées et en situation de précarité, ainsi que les personnes âgées et les personnes déplacées de l’Artsakh.

Levon Afeyan
Levon Afeyan is a Canadian industrial entrepreneur of Armenian origin. Born in Lebanon, he moved to Canada at the age of 15. He is the founder & CEO of Seatply Products Inc; a manufacturer of plywood and solidwood components for chairs. As an active member of the Montreal Armenian community, he has served on the boards of a numerous Armenian organizations. He has also been an active member of the FCCQ (Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Quebec) and sat on the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Committee as well as the Manufacturing and Export Committee. In 2022 Mr. Afeyan was appointed by the Republic of Armenia as its honorary consul in the Province of Quebec
Anastas Aghazaryan
Anastas Agazaryan is a Ph.D. in History and Economics. He was a member of the State Council on Statistics of RA on Regional Governance and Local SelfGovernment. From 2012 to 2013 he was an adviser to the President of the National Statistical Service of RA. Mr. Agazaryan is a UNDP Climate Change Program Expert and dean of the Faculty of Management and Finance (2013-2021, UFAR). Since 2019 he is a head of National Health Accounts Center of the National Institute of Health (Ministry of Health of RA).
Mira Antonyan
Mira Antonyan is a social protection expert, Ph.D. in sociology. She received her education at YSU, the London School of Economics, "Carridge" rehabilitation center, the Open University of Great Britain. Mrs. Antonyan has diverse and rich work experience. From 1992-2005, she worked at the Armenian Red Cross, the Children's Support Center, the United Nations Children's Fund. From 2009 to 2010, she worked at the United Nations Children's Fund as a national social protection expert, from 2011-2013 as a social protection expert at the World Bank, and from 2012-2013 as a chief social expert at the European Union. Mrs. Antonyan is the founding president of the Association of Social Workers of Armenia. She is a visiting and permanent lecturer at many universities. She has participated in many researches, programs and conferences. Mrs. Antonyan authored a number of articles and works.
Ara Babloyan
Ara Babloyan is an outstanding Armenian pediatric surgeon-urologist, Ph.D. in medical sciences, professor. In 1971, he graduated from Department of Pediatrics of Heratsi State Medical Institute. From 1971-1998, he specialized in pediatric surgery, kidney and liver transplantation and underwent training in Russia, Belgium, Switzerland, France. From 2003-2005, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the European Regional Committee of the World Health Organization (WHO), from 2008 to 2012, a member of the WHO Executive Committee. From 2007-2015 he was a president of the Association of Pediatric Doctors of Armenia, member of the European Society of Pediatric Urologists, member of the Swiss Society of Nephrologists, member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of Belgium. Mr. Babloyan is the chief pediatric surgeon of the RA Ministry of Health. From 2007-2012 he was a member of the National Assembly, and in 2017-2018 he was the chairman of the National Assembly. Mr. Babloyan is the author of 3 inventions, 7 monographs, 215 scientific articles, and has received many state and international awards.
Karen Daduryan
Karen Daduryan is an international expert who has experience in leadership, strategic planning, management, and also specializes in demographics. He worked for 27 years at the United Nations, 24 of them at the United Nations Population Fund, where he held professional and diplomatic positions in a number of countries, including Armenia, the USA, Turkey, Egypt and Syria. He has led the development and implementation of many national and international demographic programs, including in countries experiencing crisis, such as Syria, Iraq and Libya. January to August, 2021, he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RA as an advisor to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs. He currently works as a demographics expert as well as a leadership, management and strategic planning consultant. Mr. Daduryan graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Yerevan State University, and also studied international relations at Haygazian University in Beirut. He also graduated from Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, "Demography and Development" professional program, as well as other professional programs at the world's leading universities.
Irina Davtyan
Irina Davtyan is a long-term and experienced specialist in migration policy. From 2001-2002, she was the head of the migration policy department of the Department of Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia. From 2002-2005, he was the head of the Migration Policy Department of the Migration and Refugees Department of the RA Government. Since 2016, Mrs. Davtyan holds the position of Deputy Head of the Migration Service of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development.
Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan
Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan is the primate of the Diocese of Tavush of the Armenian Apostolic Church and a member of the supreme spiritual council. In 1995, he graduated from the Gevorkian Theological Seminary of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin with honors and was ordained a celibate priest. From 1996-1998, he assumed the editorship of the monthly journal publication of the Mother See, "Etchmiadzin" and was the staff bearer of the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin I, of Blessed Memory. Later, he continued his education at the University of Leeds in England and St. He defended his Ph.D. thesis in theology and biology Ethics in Montreal's Concordia University. On June 22, 2003 on the Feast of Holy Etchmiadzin, he was consecrated as a Bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, in the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin. On February 17, 2023 he was consecrated as a Archbishop by His Holiness Karekin II. Bagrat Galstanyan was also the head of the Canadian Armenian Diocese of the Armenian Church.
Lilit Ghantarchyan
Lilit Ghantarchyan is an economist, lecturer and Ph.D. in economics. From 2009-2014 she taught at USEL University and from 2015-2016 at Armenian State University of Economics. From 2015 to 2020, Mrs. Ghantarchyan worked as a leading specialist in the Insecurity Statistical Assessment Department of the National Institute of Labour and Social Research. She participated in a number of programs of the United Nations Children's Fund, the United Nations Office in Armenia, and the "World Vision International" organization as an expert and supervisor. She currently works as a lecturer at Galik University and as a senior researcher at the Pension and Demography Department of the National Institute of Labor and Social Research. She is an author of 10 scientific publications.
Hovhannes Grigoryan
Hovhannes Grigoryan is a sociologist, lecturer, CEO and founder at Breavis. He studied Sociology in Yerevan, Moscow and Frankfurt. Mr. Grigoryan have worked in the fields of applied sociology, monitoring, marketing and project management for around 20 years and have taught theoretical sociology and social survey methodology for 8 years. From 2004 to 2006 he worked at Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as Social Survey Expert. From 2005 to 2015 was Co-President at YERITAC Youth NGO. Mr. Grigoryan is a Board Member at European Friends of Armenia (EuFoA). Since 2006 he is a CEO at Breavis / IPSC market research institute from Armenia specialized in sociological qualitative and quantitative surveys, opinion polls, communications strategy development and consulting.
Serob Khachatryan
Serob Khachatryan is an education expert, lecturer. From 1996 until now, he has been a lecturer at the Chair of History, Theory and Logic of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of YSU. From 2010-2013. he worked as the executive director of the Children of Armenia Foundation, from 2009-2010 as a program manager and from 2008-2009 as a manager of educational programs. Currently, he is a member of the board of trustees of the foundation. From 1994 to 1997, he worked in Lragir daily as a political commentator. From 1997-2005, he was the chief editor of Krtutyun newspaper. From 2006 to 2008, he worked at the National Institute of Education. In 2007 headed the working group of the United Nations National Human Development Report and in 2018 he was re-elected as the head of the working group of the United Nations National Human Development Report. He is the co-author of 8th, 10th and 12th grade textbooks, about 15 methodical and educational manuals of social science subject. He is also the author of 2 monographs.
Suren Krmoyan
Suren Krmoyan is a lawyer, Ph.D. in law with over 24 years of professional and managerial experience in various spheres of law. He is particularly specialized in the areas Public Administration Reform, E-gov, penitentiary, anticorruption, civil status acts, state registration of legal entities, personal data, health and social law and etc. From 2001-2011 he was a Legal Adviser to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia. From 2011 to 2014 Mr. Krmoyan was a Head of Staff at Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia. From 2014-2019 he was deputy minister of Justice at Ministry of Justice of Armenia. Since 2021 he is a founder and president at DIGITAL ARMENIA and since 2022 he is a legal advisor at AUA. Mr. Krmoyan is author of more than 50 scientific articles on legal issues.

Karine Kuyumjyan is a demographer, head of the Census and Demography Department of the National Statistical Service of Armenia (NSS).
Heghine Manasyan
Heghine Manasyan is a doctor of economics, pedagogue. Dr. Manasyan studied at Yerevan State University, State Academy of Management (Moscow), trained at Central European University (Budapest) and Columbia University (New York). Dr. Manasyan has extensive experience in teaching, public research and policy analysis. Her main areas of expertise are economic growth and development, transition economy, labor market, poverty and education, privatization, shadow economy, corruption, etc. Manasyan took an active part in the projects implemented in Armenia funded by international organizations (TACIS, UNDP, UNFPA, UNWomen, UNIDO, UNICEF, WB, IFC, WFP, OECD, OSCE, USAID, EC, etc.) is to ensure high quality of education. Dr. Manasyan is the author of over a hundred publications, research reports and articles. Currently, she is the honorary (retired) director of HRK-Armenia Foundation. Presented by the World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR) in Armenia. She is a member of the Scientific Council of the World Values Research Association (WVSA).
Samvel Manukyan
Samvel Manukyan is a candidate of sociological sciences, lecturer and scientific analyst in sociology, demography, political science and socio-economic fields. From 1974-1979 he studied at the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Automated Management Systems. From 1979-1990 he taught algorithmic languages, automatic control theory, applied mathematics courses at Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. From 1977-1989 during this period he performed scientific and applied works in the field of artificial intelligence. Mr. Manukyan has done research and prepared analytical reports on the orders of the RA Government, Ministries of Youth and Sports, Health, Labor and Social Affairs, Central Bank of RA, World Bank, UNDP, USAID, IFES and CRRC organizations. Currently, he works as an analyst at the "Orbel" analytical center, and also teaches at the faculties of Sociology of YSU and Psychology and Sociology of Education of YSU. Mr. Manukyan is the author of more than 300 scientific and scientific-analytical works, including 24 monographs, 20 monographs with co-authorship, 81 scientific-analytical reports, about 200 articles.
Vartan Marashlyan
Vardan Marashlyan is an economist, Ph.D. in economics. Form 2001-2004 he worked as an economic adviser in Russia for the British Ministry of International Development (DFID) and from 1998 to 1999 was an assistant to the Prime Minister of Armenia. From 2010-2012 he worked as a deputy minister in the Ministry of Diaspora of RA, dealing especially with repatriation, CIS countries and youth programs. In 2012 Mr. Marashlyan became co-founder and executive director of "Repat Armenia Foundation". He is a member of "5165" club and "ARAR" foundation, and was also an active participant and supporter of "Let's support our defenders", "Citizen Observer" and "Yerevan Half Marathon" initiatives. He has rich experience as a speaker at national and international forums, giving professional speeches on the international experience of state-diaspora relations, issues of national self-awareness, repatriation and integration policies.

Hrant Mikaelian
Hrant Mikaelian is a political scientist, an expert of the Caucasus Institute. In 2009, he joined the expert team of the "Caucasus" Institute as a researcher and participated in a number of studies on diaspora, migration, minorities, society, conflicts and other topics.
Tevan Poghosyan
Tevan Poghosyan is an Armenian politician, a former deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia. In 1996, he graduated from the Faculty of Computer Technologies of the State Engineering University of Armenia, with a Master's degree in Engineering. In the same year, he also graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the American University of Armenia. From 1996-1997, he was a specialist in the Sales and Reserves Department of the Central Bank of Armenia, and from 1997, he was the head of the Department of Balance Analysis and Methodology of the Central Bank of Armenia. From 1997-1999, Mr. Poghosyan worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, director of the NKR Public Affairs Office in the United States of America located in Washington. From 2000-2012, he was the executive director of the International Center for Human Development. From 2001-2012 Mr. Poghosyan was the executive director of the Armenian Atlantic Association. Parallel to this, he has been teaching at the Russian-Armenian University since 2002. On October 5, 2012, he was elected a member of the National Assembly from the "Heritage" party by proportional electoral system. He was the adviser of the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian.
Arman Voskerchyan
Arman Voskerchyan is a doctor, Ph.D. in medical sciences. He has been engaged in business for many years. Mr. Voskerchian is an expert in medical technology and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in multinational healthcare companies in various geographies. He studied at Yerevan State Medical Institute and Russian State Medical University. In 2005 he received an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Voskerchyan worked on strategic planning issues at Johnson & Johnson. He held the position of general director of Philips company in Russia and the CIS countries, then he managed the therapeutic business of Philips in the USA. Currently, Mr. Voskerchyan provides consulting services to public health institutions, non-profit organizations and companies. Arman Voskerchyan is the co-founder and chairman of the Board of Trustees of HENAR (Health Network of Armenia).

Lilit Yezekyan
Lilit Yezekyan is an economist-analyst. She worked for more than 10 years in the Central Bank of Armenia as an economist-analyst and economist-statistician. Before that, from 2004-2009, she held various positions related to administrative and economic policy at the Armenian-European Policy and Legal Advice Center (AEPLAC). Lilit is currently studying for a master's degree in statistics and information management (data science) at the NOVA School of Information Management. She participated in a number of international training courses and educational programs, including at the US Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. From April 2021, she is the director of research at the CRRC-Armenia Foundation.
