Expert Committee on Population Growth: Second On-line Meeting

During the second on-line meeting held on November 2, issues related to emigration and the current situation in Armenia were addressed. The participants noted that without solving security issues, there can be no significant, positive changes in the issue of emigration. The attendees also talked about the mechanisms and programs for returning Armenians who emigrated back to Armenia, the possibilities of facilitating immigration among members of the diaspora, as well as the immigration of foreigners.
