During the second off-line discussion held on October 19, participants discussed issues related to the possibilities of repatriating people to their homeland and keeping them here, support programs aimed at repatriates, issues related to the government institution dealing with those issues, as well as strategic plans. Participants highlighted the issue of formation and preservation of Armenian identity of Armenians born and raised in the Diaspora and the initiation of programs that support it.
