Armenian Second TV Channel on Meeting of Expert Committee on Historic Responsibility

Armenian Second TV Channel reflected on Expert Committee on Historic Responsibility operating under the chairmanship of Archbishop Khajag Barsamian. The meeting was unique in its format, as all meetings before this one were held in on-line format, taking into account the fact that the majority of the members of the Committee are not in Armenia.
