Expert Committee on Historic Responsibility: First On-line Meeting

During the first on-line meeting held on September 1, participants highlighted the issue of making all Armenians more proactive and formulating a pan-Armenian way of thinking, a mission and a formula in the context of historical responsibility. As a starting point for the discussions, issues of determining and clarifying the entity in charge of historical responsibility and the addressee were singled out.
