On November 16 a strategic session on education sector was held at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO initiated by The FUTURE ARMENIAN. Experts from the educational sphere took part in this session together with Ruben Vardanyan, Co-Initiator of The FUTURE ARMENIAN and Veronika Zonabend, Founding partner and the Chair of the Board of Governors of UWC Dilijan College. The session was moderated by Ekaterina Karmak, Head of the Power of People Company, and a professional facilitator.
The participants discussed the main ways of developing preschool education and the possibilities of additional education for the older generation of Armenia within the framework of the lifelong learning concept. Participants also outlined the prospects of the education sector in Armenia and presented proposals for its optimization. The discussion was based on the results of the wide-scale study “Armenia 2021 – Armenia 2041” research report carried out earlier in 2021 by McKinsey & Company global management consulting firm in cooperation with and at the request of the ARMENIA 2041 Charity Foundation.
