To promote the prevalence of critical thought in national discourse and dialogue, to promote the formation of a culture of fact-based decision-making, policy development and policy adoption, as well as to support the formulation and implementation of the necessity to be guided by facts and a sufficient basis in decisions of national, state and public importance.

All this should also contribute to the implementation of work directed at the correction of the situation and arising from the national interests of the country.
