Contribute to the formation of the necessary support and problem setting for the ideological and practical levels of the historical responsibility of the Armenian people, promote the formation of a mission uniting the efforts of the Armenian people and of intergenerational responsibility toward the latter around the solution of issues of Armenian statehood and Artsakh, existential issues and those of Armenian identity preservation.

Taking into account the importance of defining the values and identity of the Armenian people and work aimed at their preservation, to form unified approaches to the historical heritage of the Armenian people, to define the scope of responsibility of each person to history and to the next generations and the responsibilities and rights arising from it, aimed at the transfer of this heritage to future generations.
